The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Tempe is approximately 5 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. There is  a free shuttle both ways and free parking at the hotel. Our special room rate is $150.00 per night, plus taxes: applicable from April 25-28, 2024. This hotel rate provides for single kings or double queens.

Please register early! This will help us assess turnout and give us the opportunity to make changes before the gathering. Later reservations may be subject to availability, and must be completed by March 25, 2024. Deposits to the Hotel will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival time.
